Before you begin your LINK Internship, you'll complete a LINK PROJECT PROPOSAL, which is essentially a summary of your goals, the process you went through to land your internship and your plan for completing your LINK Project.

While on your internship, you'll complete a MENTOR INTERVIEW, a DAILY BLOG and your LINK PROJECT.

You'll be asked to complete the following forms before you begin your LINK Internship so that we can make sure you're safe and sound.

LINK Medical Release Form
LINK Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement
LINK Homestay Form (for students traveling out of town)
LINK Driving/Transportation Permission Form (for students who may need to ride in a LINK Mentor's vehicle while on internship)
LINK Accident Report Form
If you are interested in completing your LINK internship with a business or organization that requires you traveling and living somewhere other than home, you'll need to submit the Out-of-Town Application by November 1st.
